½ medium yellow sweet onion roughly chopped
2 spring onions finely chopped
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ bunch cilantro roughly chopped
1 jalapeno, seeded ribs removed and roughly chopped
2 tablespoon freshly squeezed, lime juice
1/8 teaspoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
Sea Salt to taste

Follow these proven steps to make this your own

Step1- Add ingredients to processor
In a food processor add chopped onions, tomatoes, garlic, cilantro, jalapeno, lime juice, cumin powder, olive oil and salt.

Step3- (optional) Refrigerate
Refrigerate the salsa for an hour before serving
Step2- Process everything
Pulse everything slowly until you have a coarse salsa .
Step4- Serve
